About Ingrid
I know how the person reading your file thinks. I used to be her.
Most loan officers learned lending from the sales side. I learned it from the inside — underwriting files, running processing teams, and defending homeowners in loss mitigation — before I ever originated a loan.
That order matters: it's why my files are structured to be approved, not just submitted.

The road here
Every side of the lending desk
-
The bank years
Underwriter, BankUnited
The person who says yes or no. I learned exactly what makes a file fundable — and the small, fixable things that sink applications that should have closed.
-
The operations years
Processing Manager, Globex Lending
Running the machinery between application and closing table. Speed, in this business, is operations — and I ran the operation.
-
The advocacy years
Loss Mitigation Specialist, Legal Save
Foreclosure defense and loan modifications — fighting for homeowners on the worst day of their financial lives. It permanently changed how seriously I take the phrase “the right loan.”
-
2016 — today
Branch Manager & Loan Officer, Pioneer Mortgage Funding
All of it, working for you: banker's discipline, operator's speed, advocate's loyalty — with a broker's freedom to shop 50+ lenders instead of defending one bank's menu.
How I work
What you can hold me to
Structured, not submitted
Anyone can forward your documents to a lender. Structuring means choosing the lender whose guidelines fit your file, presenting income the way that lender reads best, and answering underwriting's questions before they're asked.
The truth, early
If your file needs six months of credit work before it's ready, you'll hear it in our first call — with a plan attached. False hope wastes your time; a real map doesn't.
In your language
The whole process happens in English or en español — not just the small talk, but the documents, the explanations, and the closing. Miami deserves nothing less.
Reachable, humanly
Offers get written on Sunday afternoons. Deadlines land on holidays. My clients have my cell, and 20 years in, I still answer it.
